I do not believe that successful projects - romantic. They emulate the romance in most cases. Because then it's nice to audience. In fact, there sat a very dull people, who believe the money, the cost of people, human resources, time spent. Busy than most [ interesting to do ].

I have some rather good company with technology. If we estimate the command for the same four criteria, the picture is encouraging: the motivation to work is, high intelligence is, the experience is. The leader, too, as it is. The company has been around for ten years and makes a profit - this is only significantly lower than the one that I expect from it (compared with similar start-ups ). I really could not understand what was going on. Only recently figured out - a leader. He's smart, experienced, professional, but, unfortunately, passive - such a person is not suitable for a startup. Active to be here much more important than an experienced. After talking with some of the leaders of successful projects is the feeling that they have some sort of nonsense. But they are hyperactive, and this is important!.


Total turns out that the success of start-up, and, in principle, every project needs an active leader and boring team of professionals.
